I wrote a book about consumerism and living with less. It's called A Bunch of Pretty Things I Did Not Buy. It's available at fine libraries everywhere. The Globe called it a best book of the year. This should be all the social proof one needs. But Hoda Kotb also liked it. Or pretended to. Most people say you can read it in less time than it takes to watch an episode of Nailed It. Nobody said that.
